In Whitby, word of mouth matters. That is why we focus on doing the job right the first time and standing behind it if anything ever needs another look.
Homes in Whitby
Whitby is part of Durham Region. Durham Region reaches from the lakeshore cities of Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa to the farms, hamlets and small towns of Clarington, Scugog and Uxbridge.
Oshawa's older core has many 1950s and 60s homes with converted heating systems, while Whitby, Ajax and Courtice have grown rapidly with new subdivisions. Rural properties further north can rely on propane, wells and long gas service runs. Our technicians who work in Whitby see these patterns every week and come prepared for them.
Weather and your equipment
Winds off Lake Ontario make lakeside winters raw, while northern Durham sees heavier snowfall and colder nights that test furnaces and heat pumps. That is why we recommend Whitby homeowners schedule furnace and fireplace maintenance in early fall and air conditioner maintenance visits in spring, before the first heat wave arrives.
