These terms apply when you use HeatNest.ca or book service with HeatNest. By using the site or booking a visit, you agree to them.

Articles, guides and service pages are general information. Every home is different, so they are not a substitute for an on site assessment by a qualified technician. Images on this site may be illustrative.

Booking and pricing

• We confirm the service call fee when you book and the repair price before any work begins.
• Quotes are based on what we can see at the time and may change if hidden conditions are found. We will ask before going further.
• Payment is due when the work is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Appointments and cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Arrival windows are estimates and can shift because of emergencies or weather.

Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility's emergency line from outside before contacting us. Our technicians may refuse to operate or may shut off equipment they find unsafe.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are set by each manufacturer. Any workmanship coverage we offer will be stated on your invoice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, HeatNest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. They are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
